I'm not always a big one for acknowledging people in the mornings, but lately I've found myself walking past the same bearded, backwards baseball cap-wearing street sweeper in the morning, and we've said morning to each other twice.

I had a nice time last night, seeing friends and singing songs together. Finsbury Park is an interesting place to walk through late in the evening, partially because of some of the people you see, and some other random things, like a barber shop still open and cutting hair at 9:45pm ( Read more... )

The group effort for Black Trail Runners 3.1 Challenge is now 173,967 miles.

My question for all of you is:

How are you today?

I'll try and ask someone how they are today, and listen to how they respond, though at the moment I'm not sure who I'm going to see today!

I'm going to start the day with a swim in the local lido.

Today, I've just tried to be supportive to others who I speak to, and as helpful as I can be with any problems that they have.
